Free Shipping Discount
Orders over $100 (before tax and shipping ) qualify for our free shipping discount. Please note that you need to select this from the drop-down menu in your shipping options. If you do not see the option available, your order may not be eligible. If you feel this is incorrect, please contact us at support@learningfromdvds.com.
Shipping Options
Products are shipped primarily via UPS but some destinations require shipping via USPS or Fedex and we reserve the right to change the shipping method to best fulfill your order (with shipping charges credited if necessary). We will never charge more for shipping than you originally paid.
To better serve our customers with prompt delivery, our products are stocked within multiple warehouses across the country. Due to this, it is occassionally possible that you may receive more than one shipment and tracking number for a single order. We apologize in advance for any inconvienience this may cause.
All orders typically ship within 7-12 business days. If an order processing issue occurs that would cause this to be longer, we will notify you.
We do not accept international orders at this time.
General Returns Policy
If you have a problem with any product you have purchased from LearningFromDVDs.com please contact support as soon as possible. Before returning any item you must first contact support for a return merchandise authorization number. Full refunds are available for 30 days from delivery for damaged or defective products, and for order which we have made an error. In general sales are final and can not be returned once the packaging has been opened.
