Dove Worldview:
A very informative documentary that talks to families, experts, and children of Down Syndrome. Learn the reactions of the parents, the changes in concepts that have been made through the years, and realities over the myths. Travel this road as parents, teachers, and pastors network together to tell the true facts and feelings that surround these special children that just happen to have Down Syndrome. This is definitely a very educational and inspirational story. Dove awards the Dove "Family-Approved" Seal to "Dakota's Pride".

Dakota's Pride
Inspiring story for new parents of a child with Down syndrome. Really helps you get a handle on many of the issues, but in a real way. So much of what is out there for us is technical or medical in nature. This documentary is by the parents for other parents. They even interview actual persons living with Down syndrome, too, unlike most of the books you will read!

A must have for parents and families of children with DS
Great DVD! I would highly recomend this DVD. It provides a balance and an opinion from many different professionals. It is well done and makes you aware of the potential that your child has. I have watched it several times and plan to present it to our support group this month. Wonderful.
