Great workout!!!
I purchased this video to workout at home with. I love it. So many work out DVD's are so hard to follow and you really do not feel like you have worked out due to having to stop and start over and over again. with this DVD it is easy to follow and you definitely feel it all over. My buttocks and thighs are feeling sore already and this morning was my first time using it. Easy to follow and a great workout for all your body. All you need is a set of dumbells and you are ready to go!!! I recommend this to everyone who wants a great workout and can feel it!!!

Amy's Awesome!
I buy every Amy Dixon video I can fine. I love working out to videos at home (I do it 6 days a week) so I like variety. I use other tapes occasionally but I always prefer Amy's. This is a tough exercise routine and you really know you've worked out - but that's a good thing! She is a great trainer - she does every step with you, she's encouraging without being over the top sappy, and she works you hard. I recommend this tape for someone who really wants a work out, not just a waste of time. Linda

Wonderful work out
This is a wonderful work out, it works the whole body and is challenging. I definitely love it and I'm very glad that I purchased it.

Women's Health Magazine Exercise Video
I viewed this exercise DVD as soon as I received it. The menu is in segments which makes it easy to pick and choose which exercise routine you want to do at that time, i.e. cardio, strength, core. It also has a yoga routine as a bonus at the end of the recording. Women's Health: Perfect Body Workout

Good instruction, tough workout for a used-to-be-in shape type!
Amy Dixon gives really clear directions and lead time before switching moves. Her voice and comments are more helpful than distrcting.
I like that the DVD is divded into segments: warm-up, cardio, strength, stretches. The two problems I have with it are first off, the Pre-built workout has some lag time in the transitions. It is basically palaying the whole DVD which leads to my second problem, which is the whole workout is too long for me! I'd like a nice balanced 45 minute or so workout for teh pre-built one, but it's over an hour. It's easy to work around with the remote, but that is why it is 4, not five stars in my book. The workout has me winded and sore- both good signs since I got it to get back in shape and lose some pregnancy pounds.
